The fighter jet makes the adversary reluctant to engage in further combat until 2040

Image
The Boeing B-52 Stratofortress is a long-range, subsonic, jet-powered strategic bomber. The B-52 was designed and built by Boeing, which has continued to provide support and upgrades. It has been operated by the United States Air Force (USAF) since the 1950s. The bomber is capable of carrying up to 70,000 pounds (32,000 kg) of weapons.[4] Beginning with the successful contract bid in June 1946, the B-52 design evolved from a straight wing aircraft powered by six turboprop engines to the final prototype YB-52 with eight turbojet engines and swept wings. The B-52 took its maiden flight in April 1952. Boeing B-52 Built to carry nuclear weapons for Cold War-era deterrence missions, the B-52 Stratofortress replaced the Convair B-36. A veteran of several wars, the B-52 has dropped only conventional munitions in combat . The B-52’s official name Stratofortress is rarely used; informally, the aircraft has become commonly referred to as the BUFF Source: https://thefoxposts.com/

The V-280 Valor is a monster with unmatched speed, range, and agility that vanquishes the threat

Image
To deter the threat from near-peer com Pet itors, the Army’s air assault mission demands a revolution in capability that only a tiltrotor can provide — not just a faster helicopter. In any innovative industry, when you have a proven product that provides transformational capability and you leverage all the lessons learned from previous models to continuously improve that capability and the total value proposition, you end up with the best in class. V-280 Valor Combine that with the performance of the team and adherence to commitments made, you’ve made a compelling case that this combination is unmatched . The same can be said for Bell’s V-280 Valor for the Army’s Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program for Future Vertical Lift. Bell’s V-280 Valor and the team that designed it have demonstrated performance for every key attribute related to speed , range , and agility , as well as cost, schedule, and performance — with the bonuses being burned-down risk and long-t

US tested the “SECRET” a supersonic aircraft with a speed of 5 times the speed of sound

The “God of War” broke new bases and the US Air Force was even more impressive. Hermes’ hypersonic Quarterhorse jet might just be the jet of the future, possibly retiring even Lockheed Martin’s jet of the future – the hypersonic SR-72 – before it sees the light of day. US Tests Top SECRET Hypersonic Aircraft to Beat SR-72 The Quarterhorse has broken new ground and the United States Air Force is more than impressed. So much so that they’ve awarded the start-up company a $60-million contract to flight-test the Quarterhorse. Military Maria Maria November 23, 2022 0 Comment I saw one in person in Seattle back in 1998 or 1999 at SeaTac Airport parked and was impressed with it. I found out Boeing used it for large parts transport during that time. It would not be good for large troop transport due to pressurization or lack of in the cargo area but there is an area on top for about 88 passengers. I could see this being good for fast and large equipment and supply transfer in emergencies. SR-71 Blackbird: World’s Fastest Plane Ever Built

Image
The SR-71 was developed as a black project from the Lockheed A-12 reconnaissance aircraft during the 1960s by Lockheed’s Skunk Works division. American aerospace engineer Clarence “Kelly” Johnson was responsible for many of the aircraft’s innovative concepts. The shape of the SR-71 was based on that of the A-12, which was one of the first aircraft to be designed with a reduced radar cross-section. At one point, a bomber variant of the aircraft was under consideration, before the program was focused solely on reconnaissance. The YB-35 and YB-49 flying wings, the forgotten ancestors of the B-2 Spirit

The innovative and potentially very effective flying wing design, in which the tail section and fuselage are deleted and all payload is carried in a thick wing, was employed by the YB-35 and YB-49. Both the YB-35 and the YB-49 used the radical and potentially very efficient flying wing design, in which the tail section and fuselage are eliminated and all payload is carried in a thick wing Conceived by Jack Northrop as a large wing-only, long-range heavy bombers, the Northrop XB-35 and YB-35 were experimental airplanes developed by the Northrop Corporation for the U.S. Army Air Forces (USAAF) during and shortly after World War II. The aircraft used the radical and potentially very efficient flying wing design, in which the tail section and fuselage are eliminated and all payload is carried in a thick wing. Here is the most deаdlіeѕt submarine the whole world is аfгаіd of

Image
Speaking of the naming of the ships, there may be some confusion. Project 971 was named “Akula” in the weѕt, after the lead ship K-284. At home the submarine was named “Shchuka-B”, thereby repeating the glorious combat History of the “pikes” of World wаг II. But the Russians called “shark” an entirely different project (No. 941), also known as “Typhoon”. I can’t help mentioning the fact that since 1990 the boats began to ɡet names of their own. Curiously enough, all the ships made in Severodvinsk have “cat” names, similar to the designations of the Bars type ships. Other ships were named after Russian cities or regions, such as the submarine s Bratsk, Kuzbass, or Magadan.    Source: https://thefoxposts.com/here-is-the-most-de-dl-e-t-submarine-the-whole-world-is-f-d-of-TheFOXposts-1917.html?utm_source=blogger_source&utm_medium=blogger_medium&utm_campaign=blogger_cam Category: Military Post by: TheFOXposts.Com

India makes a significant investment of $100 million USD to own a “Monster in the air.”

Image
India is set to finalise a long-conceived proposal to procure 30 multi-mission armed Predator drones from the U.S. for the three services at an estimated cost of over $3 billion (around ₹22,000 crores). Compared with other major Military powers, India is not too late in the application of Military drones and is currently the world’s third largest importer of drones. However, Indian armed forces are not familiar with armed UAVs. This is largely related to the fact that the Indian army does not attach importance to drones, currently, the Indian armed force using Israeli drones especially for surveillance. However, after discovering the advanced aspects of UAV applications in the United States, Turkey and other countries, India has also “opened up” and has shown greater interest in UCAV (Unmanned combat aerial vehicle). MQ-9B UAV The Indian Ministry of Defense is about to sign an agreement to purchase 30 MQ-9B drones from the United States at the end of this year, when the fore

In the coming years, New Delhi will completely remove the MiG-29K fighters from the aircraft carrier

They will be replaced by TEDBF fighters and then Rafale-M aircraft in India. The long fate of the MiG-29K was once again mentioned when Indian navy refused to deploy MiG-29K on INS Vikrant aircraft carrier and intent to switch French Rafale-M fighter jet line or US F/A-18.  MiG-29K The MiG-29K (NATO designation: Fulcrum-D) is a carrier fighter jet developed by the Mikoyan design bureau in the late 1970s. Although it was initially expected to be a huge success, it ended up being one of the worst fighter. The MiG-29K aircraft carrier was developed by Mikoyan on the basis of the MiG-29M multi-role fighter. The manufacturer confidently said that this is a 4++ generation fighter, equivalent to Sukhoi’s Su-35S. The MiG-29K version is equipped with Zhuk-ME radar, which can detect air, sea and land targets from a distance of 120 km.  MiG-29K The aircraft uses an integrated steering wheel (HOTAS), which allows the pilot to operate the aircraft ’s systems without taking h

World Astonished By New Swedish Fighter Jet

Unlike US or Russian fighters, Swedish Gripen can’t carry the most weapons, has no real stealth. To be clear, it isn’t the longest-range, the fastest, or even the cheapest jet. Astonished China and Russia, This New US Helicopter

It is certain that there are many capable and dangerous Military attack helicopters in the world, but what is the best of the best? The two most capable and lethal attack helicopters are undoubtedly the Boeing AH-643 Apache Guardian that serves for the USAF and the Kamov Ka-52 Alligator that is operated by the Russian Air Force. There is no vehicle that can match the US Marines’ formidable AV-8B Harrier II

Image
The AV-8B was developed as a second-generation Harrier, primarily for the US Marine Corps. The Harrier II entered USMC service in 1984 and participated extensively in the 1991 Gulf ധąɾ. This aircraft is routinely deployed onboard amphibious assault ships. The Harrier II fleet, which equips seven operational squadrons, has gone through two avionics upgrades to the baseline version, and through a re-manufacturing programme. A night-attack sensor upgrade equips four squadrons. The Harrier II+, which incorporates the night-attack upgrades and the APG-65 multi-mode radar, equips two squadrons. A re-manufacture programme was intended for 72 aircraft and involved replacement of the Pegasus F402-RR-406 engine with the increased-thrust -408A version. The upgrade also included APG-65 radar, a navigation infra-red set, night vision goggles-compatible cockpit, exterior lighting, and a moving-map display. AV-8Bs are also going through an avionics upgrade with fitment of a GPS, th

Russia spent a lot of time and effort developing the T-95 tank to counter the M1 Abrams

T-95: The Mythical Russian Tank With a formidable main gun and a variety of other advanced systems, Russia’s Object 195 main battle tank project was intended to be a major leap in capability for Russia’s tank corps. T-95 However, the tank, which later became known as the T-95, was never produced outside of prototype models, consigning it to a sizeable category of Russian ωεɑρσռ systems which its R&D system could not support. Below you find a rundown of the tank’s overall theoretical capabilities and an analysis of why Russia passed on the T-95. T-95: The Mythical Russian Tank While the T-95’s capabilities were impressive on paper, it should be noted that practically all of what we know about the Object 195 comes from technical information which has trickled out of Russia over the years. One of the T-95s biggest draws was its 152mm smoothbore main gun, which itself was located in an automated turret. T-95 This feature, as well as the main gun’s autoloader, wo
